I was contacted to take care of the UX part of the new Adeps platform, on which visitors can find out about and book their future sporting activities. The previous interface being more than dated, we started from a blank page.
As Adeps depends partly on the Ministry of Sports, I had to follow some strict guidelines, and particular attention was paid to the accessibility.
The first step was to define the customer's needs and expectations. We therefore organized a few meetings and workshops in order to get off to a good start.
Following these discussions, I quickly proposed some wireframes of the main pages and functionalities of the platform. This approach allowed the client to quickly get an overview of the final product and the developers to have a solid foundation to work from.
Once the wireframes and the Design System have been validated, I purposed a more elaborated design, starting with the homepage of our future platform.
Next step was to design the search module, which was one of the main features of our new platform, including results pages, detailed pages and many more.
Next the reservation process have been designed. It was a tricky one, as the reservation here includes tons of possibilities, requirements for some activities, and more...
I started then to design the account side for the future customers. Once again, it involved a lot of different sections and subtilities.
The next phase was to bring another part of the old platform live, and to integrate it in the new platform we just launched.
Some designs have been made about email and marketing communications.
